WSM 550 G - RLC - CL Glass Door Meat Dry Aging Built-in Cooler makes the meat extremely dense with an intense flavor. The texture of the meat is not comparable to the "ordinary piace of meat". The culinary delights created by dry aging process and the consumption are not comparable! Inside the dry aging cooler the meat ages on the bone a constant humidity of around 75 % and a temperature of 4...8 °C. This equipment is made of stainless steel and consist LED lighting on both sides of the interior (2x2250 lm). The separate motor unit helps to exploit all the internal volume of the display cabinet to the full, eliminating all compressor noise from the premises. One or more cabinets can be installed quickly and easily in walls or specially-built niches, taking up a minimum amount of space. Additional features: ventillated cooling, automatic defrosting.

The built-in cooler is purchaseable also in cheese cooler version.
