CHICKEN BROILES: Exclusievly intended for broiling chicken in large quantities. They are used in specialized kitchen or restaurants, smaller kitchens such as fast food restaurants or school kitchens. In our assortment we offer standard versions, capacities of 6, 9, 12, 15, 20 or 24 chicken. Chicken broilers are made of INOX materials with fireproof glass built in broiler door. The space between interior an external wall is filled with thermo isolation materials. Our standard program includes two types of broilers, the ones with skewer and broiles with grill baskets. Broilers with skewer are of less capacity, up to 12 chickens simultaneously while basket broilers can take up to 24 chickens. Warm Showcases are built on upper section of the broiler, so anybody who walks by your shop or restaurant will be easily attracted just by one glance. Temperature in the showcase is 90°C. Whole device is mounted on steel trolley.
